I actually twisted my ankle last night. I’m angry at myself because I didn’t eat well that day, and I was dehydrated and sloppy. But at least I didn’t hurt my knee again. I probably would have just thrown myself in front of a bus. Since I can’t skate it out, I’ll help-set-up-the-track-and-do-whatever-else-needs-to-be-done it out. Rah.
